China Medical University, the Top MBBS Program

It is among the first batch of Chinese medical schools authorized by the Ministry of Education (MOE) to recruit international students. It is also one of the universities authorized by MOE to teach medicine in English for international students. CMU begun to recruit international students with Chinese government scholarship in 1976 and began to recruit international students for MBBS program in English medium in 2005.

CMU lies in No.92, Erma Road, Heping District, Shenyang, Liaoning. It is a university focusing on medical teaching with a professional teaching team. The school covers a broad area of 1,372,000 square meters, providing complete facilities and comfortable living environment to its students. And the library accommodates millions of books including a great number of classical medical masterpieces.

As for its programs, the most significant one is its Clinical Medicine (in English Medium) major of undergraduate program. This program was established in November 1931. It is a Liaoning provincial model program and passed the accreditation of clinical medicine organized by Ministry of Education in December, 2011. It has four national key disciplines, one national experimental teaching demonstration center, one national off-campus practice base for undergraduates and 38 national clinical key specialized subject construction projects, which guarantees high quality professional education for our students. Its courses, covering a wide range from Human Anatomy to Nuclear Medicine, will undoubtedly equip students with the most advanced knowledge of clinical medicine and help them to become eligible doctor when they graduate. The school also provides master program in English Medium including Basic Medicine and Clinical Medicine.
