With China’s opening up, intercultural communication has become more and more frequent between Chinese and foreigners. Chinese has been a language widely used by a large amount of people in the world. What’s more, with the popularity of computer and Internet development, the popular online Chinese words are increasingly rich, because most youngsters on line like novelty and fresh characteristics. The appearance of Chinese popular words not only enriches our internet life but makes the language more touching and interesting. In China, you will often hear the word "萌 (méng)" used in daily life or while watching the news or TV. The word "萌 (méng)" means to sprout and is the symbol of spring.
